Trademark Guidelines for FnA Labs

FnA Labs Trademarks (symbols, images, and plain text) are a representation of the FnA Labs partnership and community. Trademark protections establishes that the marks are only used in enterprises that benefit FnA Labs quest.

FnA Labs Marks and Logos

Appropriate use of Marks

• You may use our marks (logo form and plain text) without permission as long as you follow our trademark guidelines.
• Marks may be used per the "Normative fair use" of trademarks, such as used as an adjective or using only so much of the mark to deem necessary to identify the product or service that's used. However such marks should not suggest any sort of sponsorship or endorsement by us.
• You may use FnA Labs links that direct to the company homepage.

Branding

We are able to provide styles, colors, sizes, and most up to date mark and logo information through our Github or contact us.

Events and Conferences

If you plan to host a public event or conference that uses FnA Labs marks, you will need permission. Please contact us.

Commercial Merchandise

Any merchandise that is being sold for commercial use must request permission. This does not include commercial items that are sold at events. You can contact us to request permission.

Impermissible Uses of Marks

• When using our marks you should not suggest endorsement or sponsorship by us.
• When using our marks you should not confuse our brands with any other brand or in a manner that is misleading.
• You may not use our marks in a misleading way such as but not limited to, creating a mimicking site.
• Do not use old versions of our marks. Please refer to Branding for current versions.
• There is no modifying or combining our logo, name, marks, or terms.
• No words or images may be added directly around the logo or touching the logo.
• You may not incorporate our marks or logo into your name or logo.
• Our marks must not be identified or associated with slanderous, malicious, vulgar or unlawful material.

Agreement Provisions

This agreement is between you and FnA Labs and the use of our name, images, marks, and logo. You are not able to transfer this agreement to a third party. We are capable of terminating the agreement at any time. This agreement is to serve by the laws of unregistered trademarks and "Fair Use". If a clause or sections of this agreement becomes invalid modifications will be made accordingly, and then resume effect immediately.
